The D-TEC Quickliner FV2011 has been engineered for short-haul operations with frequent loading and unloading cycles. This stainless steel tank trailer is ideal for the transport of slurry and biogas substrate. Thanks to its smart pump configuration, where the pump is mounted transversely directly against the tank, and the availability of various docking funnels, the FV2011 can load and unload at exceptional speed. A 30 m³ tank can be fully filled in approximately 6.5 minutes, enabling more efficient workflows and a higher number of loading and unloading cycles per day. With the optional second hose connection, loading time can be reduced by an additional 40 percent.
The Quickliner FV2011 is equipped with forced steering on both the first and third axle. This gives the trailer outstanding manoeuvrability, even in confined yards or narrow sites. The low-maintenance steering system minimises tyre wear and reduces the risk of ground damage during manoeuvres. Its low unladen weight, stainless steel tank body and high durability make the FV2011 a smart and cost effective choice.
