For the transport of liquids for which a positive displacement pump is not suitable (for example due to large stones and fluctuating material flow), the D-TEC Vacuümliner is the right choice. The tank trailer has been developed with a focus on high loading and unloading speed and low unladen weight. The high loading and unloading speed (from 6.5 minutes) is achieved through a unique vacuum system that includes a 6” suction pipe and large diameter piping to ensure high air flow. A low unladen weight (from 6,600 kg) is the result of an optimized tank barrel and chassis design.
The fully stainless steel tank barrel is the best solution for the transport of liquid waste. Stainless steel offers a longer service life and requires less maintenance.
In addition, the tank trailer stands out due to a short rear overhang and a pump that is easily accessible and easy to maintain. Optionally, an advanced vacuum system is available with control cabinet, stainless steel cyclone and a rear door that can be fully opened.
